We source the suet for our tallow from grass-fed cattle right here in Middle Tennessee and then render the suet in-house to create the highest quality product we can. We wet-render our suet at least 5 times using reverse osmosis water and organic pink himalayan salt so you have the purest tallow without any lingering "beefy" smell.
